Cider van lokale windgevallen appels. Spontaan vergist op eigen cultuur. Houtgerijpt op kastanjevat.
Cider made with local windfall apples. Spontaneously fermented on own culture. Aged on a chestnut barrel.

Ancient Wild Ale – 7.4% ABV
ongekookt bier van wilde gisting met oud brood, dadels, honing, rookmout, zwarte kardamom
unboiled wild fermented beer made with old bread, dates, honey, smoked malts, black cardamom

Viergranen saison met Brettanomyces, houtgerijpt op een Portugees rode wijnvat
Fourgrain saison with Brettanomyces, barrel aged on a Portuguese red wine barrel

Red Sour Ale – 5% ABV
Roodkleurig bier van gemengde gisting. Verrijkt met Arabische Sukkary-dadels. Rijping op kastanjehoutenvat.
Mixed fermented red ale. Enriched with Arabian Sukkary dates. Aged on a chestnut barrel.

Farmhouse stout – 5.3% ABV
Friszure roggestout met Brettanomyces en rijping op Ardbeg-vat
Fresh, sour and dry rye stout with Brettanomyces. Aged on an Ardbeg barrel.

Saison – 5.6% ABV
Frisse saison met Brettanomyces en lokaal geplukt citroenkruid ook bekend als ‘Old Man’, ‘Lad’s Love’, ‘stabwurz’ (fallus van de aarde), ‘ziegenbart’ (geitenbaard, schaamhaar van een bok).
Fresh saison with Brettanomyces and a locally foraged lemon herb known as ‘Old Man’, ‘Lad’s Love’, ‘stabwurz’ (fallus of the earth), ‘ziegenbart’ (pubic hair of a male goat).
